Description
Traditional fishing gear used at the mouth of the river, consisting of an artisanal net with cork floats, lead weights and plastic hoops reinforced with reed, which form the structure of the bag where the fish is retained.
The net was installed from one bank to the other, guiding the fish into the bag. It was usually placed at the end of the day and collected the next morning. This technique is part of the memory of local fishing practices and is currently prohibited.
