200 Years Celebration Photography
Integrated in the F/262 – International Photography Festival, the Finalists Exhibition of the Portuguese Institute of Photography (IPF) brings together the work of 44 authors in a collective exhibition that shows the diversity of views of photography that is made in Portugal today.
Cion curatorship of Carlos Álvares, the exhibition opens in Saturday 31 October 2026 17.00, at Dr. Jaime Umbelino House-Museum – Photography Experimentation Centre, and remains open until 12 December 2026.
The initiative is part of the commemoration of 200 years of photography and in the programming of the F/262, a festival distinguished with the EFFE Label 2026–2027 (Europe for Festivals, Festivals for Europe), and is promoted by the F/SOS Association – Photography, Solidarity and Social Works, member of UNESCO Associations and Clubs.
